Renting NEAT Space

The NEAT Marketplace is an ideal space for meetings, training sessions, seminars, focus groups, beta testing, conferences and other gatherings.  Details about hourly or full day rentals are found in our rental fee schedule.

Computer Lab: Containing scanners, printers and 18 personal computers outfitted with the latest in adapted hardware and specialized software, the Computer Lab is available for training, evaluations and demonstrations.

Training Room:  This 1,365 square foot classroom accommodates tables and chairs, or chairs only, seating up to 108 people.  The room can be divided by a sliding wall for breakout groups or concurrent training, serving 60 people on one side and 48 on the other.

Evaluation and Market Research Space: Two connecting evaluation rooms create a 411 square foot space when the dividing wall is removed.  The adjacent office has video and audio feeds from one of the rooms for focus groups and beta testing.  The other evaluation room is equipped with model bathroom fixtures and furniture that enable therapists and vendors to evaluate individuals for lifting and transferring devices.  Both rooms provide privacy for evaluations of other equipment and consultations. 

Expo Hall: This 5,041 square foot space is ideal for conferences, product exhibitions and large meetings, with a seating capacity of 350 people.  The room accommodates up to 35 booths in fully wired, computer-ready 8x10 foot spaces.  A portable stage is also available.

Additional information: Availability may be limited during Expos, training sessions and NEAT events.  Rental priority is given to members.  There is an additional charge for audio-visual equipment.  Call or email for details.
